Terms of Service

This statement of rights and responsibilities ("Statement", "Terms" or "SRR") is our terms of service, used to manage our products and services with users and AI homefitness, such as AI homefitness, which we collectively refer to as " AI homefitness Service" or "Service". By using or accessing the AI homefitness service, you agree to this statement, which will be updated from time to time in accordance with section 13 below. In addition, you will find resources at the end of this document to help you understand how AI homefitness works.

As AI homefitness provides various services, we may ask you to review and accept the supplementary terms applicable to your interaction with specific applications, products or services. If these supplementary terms conflict with this SRR, the supplementary terms related to the application, product or service shall apply to your use of such application, product or service within the scope of the conflict.

1. Privacy

We care about your privacy very much. Our privacy policy includes important disclosures about how you use AI homefitness to share with others and how we collect and use your content and information. We encourage you to read the privacy policy and use it to help you make an informed decision.

2. Share your content and information

You own all the content and information shared on AI homefitness. also:

For content protected by intellectual property rights, such as photos, videos, and animations (IP content), you specifically grant us the following licenses: You grant us non-exclusive, transferable, divisible license, royalty-free, and use you in AI homefitness Global license (IP license) for any IP content transmitted on Pro or related to AI homefitness.

2. When you delete IP content, its deletion method is similar to emptying the recycle bin on your computer. However, you understand that the deleted content may remain in the backup copy for a reasonable period of time.

3. When you post content or information, it means that you allow everyone, including people other than AI homefitness, to access and use the information, and associate it with you (ie your name and photo).

4. We always thank you for your feedback or other suggestions on AI homefitness, but you understand that we may use your feedback or suggestions without any obligation to compensate you (just as you are not obliged to provide them).

3. Security

10. You will not promote or encourage any behavior that violates this statement or our policies.

4. Registration and account security

AI homefitness users may provide their real names and information, and we need your help to protect themselves and others. The following are some of the promises you made to us related to registering and maintaining your account security:

1. You will not provide any false personal information on AI homefitness, or create an account for anyone other than you without permission.

2. If we disable your account, you will not create another account without our permission.

3. You will not use AI homefitness mainly for your own business interests, and you will register with AI homefitness for this purpose.

4. If you are a sex offender, you will not use AI homefitness.

5. You will keep your contact information accurate and current.

6. You will not share your password (or, for developers, your secret key), let others access your account, or do anything
